Custom software costs vary based on scope, complexity, and integrations required. Projects typically range from $15,000 for focused automation tools to $150,000+ for full enterprise platforms. We provide a detailed, fixed proposal after a free discovery session where we understand your specific requirements. We're transparent about costs from day one — no hidden fees.

Off-the-shelf software is built for the average business. Custom software is built for yours. The cost of building is almost always lower than the hidden ongoing cost of workarounds, manual bridging between tools, and adapting your processes to fit software that wasn't designed for your operation. Most clients recover the investment within 12–18 months through time savings alone.

Yes. Standard projects are billed in milestones: 40% at project start, 30% at design/prototype approval, 30% on delivery. Larger engagements can be structured with additional milestone payments. We accept bank transfer and all major payment methods.

1. Free discovery session (1 hour — we understand your business and the problem). 2. Systems audit and proposal (1 week). 3. Design and prototyping (1–2 weeks). 4. Development in sprints with regular check-ins (4–12 weeks depending on scope). 5. Testing and user acceptance. 6. Launch and post-go-live support. You see working software early — not at the end.

We need your input at key stages: discovery (1–2 hours), prototype review (1–2 hours), and periodic sprint reviews (30–60 minutes every 1–2 weeks). Beyond that, we manage the project. We won't bombard you with questions — we do the research and bring you clear options to decide between.

We expect requirements to evolve as you see the software taking shape — that's normal. We scope change requests transparently and agree on any timeline or cost impact before proceeding. We'd rather have that conversation honestly than cut scope without telling you.

We select the right technology for each project rather than forcing every solution into the same stack. Common choices: Next.js and React for web interfaces, Node.js for backend services, PostgreSQL or Supabase for data, and established integration platforms for connecting external systems. We build on proven, maintainable technology — not whatever is trendy.

Yes — we design interfaces specifically for your team's technical comfort level. If you need a content management interface, we build one. We also provide training, documentation, and post-launch support so your team is confident from day one.

You do. On delivery, all intellectual property, source code, and documentation transfer to you. We'll give you access to the full codebase, version control history, and any third-party service accounts. We don't hold your software hostage.

Yes. We support clients across Australia. Most of our work is delivered remotely with regular video check-ins and clear milestone reviews. For clients in Western Australia, we offer on-site discovery sessions and workshops. We've delivered projects in Perth, regional WA, Sydney, Brisbane, and beyond.

All projects include a post-launch support period for bugs and initial adjustments. Most clients move onto an ongoing retainer for continued development, feature additions, and system improvements as their business evolves. We build relationships, not one-off projects.

We have deep experience in agriculture, manufacturing, mining, and logistics — industries where off-the-shelf software routinely fails to fit operational realities. We also work with professional services, construction, and healthcare businesses. Our approach adapts to your industry's specific constraints rather than expecting you to adapt to us.
